If I'm dropped from medicaid do i have to pay them back

If i don't file for child support with pregnancy medicaid i know that they will drop me but will i be responsible to pay them back or do i just get dropped

If you collect fraudulently, you have to pay them back.

I tried to do that when I was pregnant with my daughter and they wouldn't let me.
