If I'm getting a new refridgerator with an ice maker and water, do I need any special waterlines or plumbing?

We're getting a new refridgerator, and we prefer a refridgerator with an ice maker and water buttons, but do we need to get a water line put in or any special plumbing? How does that work?

You will do it yourself.Buy a kit at Lowes or Home Depot to tap into the water underneath your kitchen sink.It's not hard at all.
