How much will the person be charged if he/she replies back to me?

  1. That depends on your plan.  It also depends on the other person's plan.  My plan doesn't charge extra for texts in Hong Kong.  You can also buy a chip for your phone in Hong Kong and buy minutes which are cheaper than you GLOBE plan.


  2. It depends on your plan and your friend's plan.  You really need to both ask your service providers.
