If I'm on disability and my boss wants to offer limited work?

You are on disability and you work? Do you report this? You could loss your disability, or part of it.

Depends on the type of disability, and what the disability is.  If you are restricted medically from a particular type of job and he offers you one that doesn't violate that restriction, then you could lose your disability payments and be fired.
