If I'm reading a horoscope in a magazine is it your horoscope from that month or the month of the issue?

I was reading the may issue of Teen Vogue and I read my horoscope. Is that for april or may?

Because it said something would happen with my boyfriend around the 16th. Well its ironic because today is the 14th and something has come up between my bf and I but we are working on it. So, what i'm asking is that horoscope for this month or may? Because if its may i'm scared beacuse prom is the 17th and I don't want that to be ruined. thanks!

i swear to you horoscopes are real. They are always earily right. Last month it said there will betrouble with my finanace/taxes.. and it turned out someone did steal my identity!!! Then when i was feeling really insecure about somthing it described exactly how i was feeling and when i'll get better... then it said money will come my way on the blah blahblah and my dad gave me 100 bucks. Its real. Im a Virgo, believe in it.

It's for the current issue, so if it's the May issue then it's for May. Magazine's always come out a month in advance.
