If I Buy Links To My Website Will They Replace The Links On My First Page Of results With More Reputable Ones?

I have a few pages of search results when I type in a search for my website, but all are links to forums and one old, flagged and removed Craigslist listing. I want to replace at least my first page of search results with more reputable links from buying links. Is this possible?

Google dislike paid links so much they even have a paid links reporting form within Webmaster Tools.
