  1. Sounds like you are on the right track. Make an appointment with a school counselor or investigate the Business Administration program at your state university and see what the pre req's are.

  2. Depending on your State's requirements you will need at least a Bachelors ir not a Masters degree to become an accountant. Whilst Business Administration provides a general education in the different areas of business. Accounting is a specific area of business and have different requirements in order to meet the State laws for CPA and CFA certification. This may mean for you to graduate with an accounting degree you may have to spend an extra semester or year in school to meet the requirements. If you can take finance, General Accounting I, General Accounting II, Intermediate Accounting I and Intermediate Accounting II as a part of your business administration course then you should be in good shape.

  3. you don't have to major in business admin you just have to get the correct transfer credits so that you can trasnfer to a 4 year uni. For all that they care you can be an art major but as long as your get your business prerequisites down you're ok.
