  1. You will most likely have to get hard glass type.


  2. your eye doctor will give you a prescription for each eye, when you order your lenses you will get 2 different types most likely.  As a trial pair my doctor gave me regulars but i have astigmatism.  So I hadda order the right ones after i got the final prescription check.  

    one lense for astigmatism, one not, in your case

  3. That depends on the degree and type of astigmatism.  Some people can get away with regular (or spherical) lenses and others need torics (lenses for astigmatism) to see clearly.  Your best bet is to check with your eye doctor.
