Its my dream to live in the big apple, but I know unless you have a top job you won't have much of a house and probaly won't have such a good life there.

So I was wondering in order to get what NYC calls a "Normal Home" and live a "Normal Life" what job should I strive for? What college courses should I take for that job? Also how would I find out if anyone was employing for that job?

Thank you in advance.

A very good paying one so you can pay all of your bills.

    __________

That really all depends on what type of experience and education you have. Most jobs in my field (administrative asst.) will not hire you if you only have a HS diploma. They want to make sure you that you know the basics when it comes to certain programs because they dont' want to waste their company time training someone who doesn't know what he/she is doing. Not trying to sound rude here. You can check online and see the qualifications.

Think of what interests you because you want to make sure that you're doing something that you enjoy. For example, if you enjoy being around children and have a lot of patience, you can consider going into teaching or pediatrics. Remember, $ doesn't buy happiness. I learned that the hard way.

    Good luck to you.
