If I Was Improperly Served, Got a Default Judgment...?

I know I would contact an attorney. What do you think the attorney could do? The debt is past SOL. Do you think he/she can request the judge to lift the judgment based on the suit being improperly served? If so, can the judgement then be taken off my credit report?

How were you improperly served?

If it's past the SOL, dispute the charge with the 3 agencies.

If the judgment is thrown out, it will fall off your credit report.
