I think you need at least a 2.3 for the term  or an overall above 2.0, so if your cumulative. is less than 2.0 it can stay there as long as you keep getting at least a 2.3 each term

I cannot imagine where you got that 1.91 figure.   You better have at least a 2.0 average if you have hopes of being on the team (much less staying off the dean's list).

Ask the coach.  Schools have a required GPA standard for athletics.  The required minimum GPA is different from school to school.
