  1. Yes. No matter what state you are a resident of, if you've hit a jackpot which required taxes to be taken out of it, the casino is going to report it. They will send you an I-9 and you're supposed to report it as income and pay taxes on it. If you paid taxes at the time you won, that will be on there, too

    you should pay
