Would I need to change my liscence plates and my I.D.?

Also, as it is an election year, would I vote in CA or get an absentee ballot for Nevada?

  1. If you were a "resident" of CA, you wouldnt be considered an out of state student.

As long as you are a student, you are not required to change your address or vehicle registration.

You would probably have to get an absentee ballot since you have to be a registered voter in the state of which you plan to cast your ballot.
