I have an account at a furniture store and purchased various pieces of furniture. Do I include this debt in the bankruptcy and if so, will they take it away?

  1. Consider it gone

  2. Usually...but there are always around it.  This is a question for your lawyer.

  3. Hide it dummy then they can't find it or have a friend keep it at a house and collect renters insurance on it also to pay for the B.K

  4. That's probably something to ask a lawyer.  That probably largely depends if you can finish paying for it.  If you still owe and can't pay it will almost certainly be taken.  Even if that is paid off or can be paid for most of your assets will be taken in the bankruptcy to pay your creditors.
