What are some things I should do/know so that my hair won't get fried?

And yes, it has to be everyday as my hair is oily and I have to wash it every day.

  1. You'll need a ceramic, or tourmaline iron.

They reduce damage too your hair.

You'll also have too purchase a heat protection creme for you hair.

They sell them just about anywhere.

:] Make sure you do treatments on your hair once a week also, this will keep your hair healtthhyy.

  2. Use heat protectant shampoos and conditioner. Adn also use heat protectant sprays and such for your hair thats what i do =].

  3. get the tresemme heat spray you put in your hair so it won't damage it, trust me it works, and really good too.

  4. okay, any type of hair therapy or hair heat protection

and instead of useing a staighten iron try use a blow dyrer and a round brush...its much better butt still harming but not as a much as a iron

  5. use a spray thingy for hair that helps protect from heat(:

  6. You at least need to take a few days off every now and again, or you will regret it.  If you are just hanging around the house, like on a random Sunday, you can just rub in deep conditioner and put a shower cap on.  And be sure to get regular trims, bc once you get split ends, if you are mean to your hair (which near daily straightening will be) those splits will travel all the way up the shaft until all your hair is split and broken, and you'll have to get a super short hair cut.

  7. It is very risky to straighten your hair daily. It does alot of damage. Instead of straightening it daily...you should buy shampoo/conditiner that helps straighten hair. Then after washing your hair use a spray/or moose that will also straighten it. You should also blow dry it straight. Then use a straightener only for touch-ups, if nessesairy!

  8. Use a heat protectant on your hair before straightening.

If you are going to wash your hair everyday...only wash the roots with a mild shampoo and only condition the bottom third of your hair (since it's oily anyways).

  9. I would get a CHI or a GHD. They wont fry your hair that much. I have had both of them and they both work great!
