It's 1 of 3 options: go in the toilet then 2. wait until he leaves and then go (if you can hold it that long) and hope to God he's not in there reading  book.. 3. just forget it and go and find a place to change clothes and take a shower..

This question sounds funny but I have often thought the same thing many times before when I was traveling and I have gone.. the person usually makes a comment or sound but hey, when you gotta go you gotta go.. it's not like you can give it a pep talk "don't come out..it's not a good time..you have to wait"..

If you have to go... then you have to go... it is a toilet for that reason.  Would the person next to you appreciate it?  Most likely not... but do what you have to do... your using the toilet for the proper function... why risk makeing yourself sick holding it in?
