If I am insured as a named driver on someone else's policy, and I have an accident, who loses their NCB?

In the UK, if the policy is in someone else's name, with their NCB 'attached' to it, and I am simply a named driver (so can drive the car but cannot accrue NCB), then if I have an accident does the poilicy holder lose their NCB?
