Question:

If I am mixing my workouts.. half cardio half weights.. will i still lose weight or just put on muscle?

I dont want extra muscle.. i want to lose weight - but at the same time i want to tone

  2. Do cardio first, when working out with the wieghts go for higher reps and lighter weight!

  3. You'll still lose weight, and hopefully gain a little muscle, too.  More muscle=better fat burning power while working out.  Also, you'll need more muscle if you want to be toned up.
