  1. not if you move there legally and don't violate probation.  you need to talk to your probation officer.


  2. If you don't notify your PO and have your probation transferred you are in violation and they will extradite you P.D.Q.

  3. I have a felony conviction in california, i had permission to leave the state and do my rehab in colorado. i had to leave facility before completion and probation told me to return immediatly. i never did.  A warrant was issued

    but, i was pulled over the other day and officer told me it was a non extraditable warrant. Its doubtful they would pay to have you extradited back from hawaii. Don't go back to california, they will have it on the books ten years from now. Also, be aware you will not be able to receive foodstamps, ssi, or government assistance if you are a fleeing felon, or not complying with probation or parole.  Good Luck
