If I am qualified plumbing and heating Engineer in England and move to canada would it be valid to work there?

I am planning to move to Canada to work as Plumbing and Heating Engineer, could it be possible?

What is a plumbing and heating engineer?  Do you go to university for this?  Or is this a "beefing up" of job titles like like "petroleum injection engineer" for a gas station attendant?

Note that in Canada, provincial licensing bodies for professional engineering destinations contend that only licensed professional engineers are legally allowed to use the title "Engineer".
