I want to change the way I think, the way I look (a bit fat, bald and bit less confident), the way I talk, the way I live my life (I am always lazy, late at things ) my fav. pass time is tv and i spend so much time doing that and also Last time I had 1 week of straight 8 hour a day sleep week was probably 8 years ago ....

my sleeping habits are pretty bad, ...although I don't have any setbacks ..great parents, single life, a decent job, good friends ...but its just that I keep being introverted, shy, reserved, lazy, lateness person ...

so annoyed and tired of my routine habits and personality .... want to lose a whole lot of weight and my mind keeps going back to tv/internet when i have some free time.

  1. Just be positive in don't let anything stop you in your transformation.


  2. It sounds like you are hiding. But hiding from what? What is holding you back? is it your outward appearance? is it your inner workings? I would try very hard to figure out the main thing that is causing you to "hide" it could be something that started a long, long time ago. Basically, when did you start this routine, what caused it? Social stress, work stress, family stress? Something else? Focuse on what it is, work through it. know that there is life out there and there is no use hiding from it. because then you will just regret it and it will continure the viscious cycle. what is fun to you? find a fun thing to do, get excited for it, and go do it! it sounds like you are lacking excitement and motivation. so, try to find what excites you and go do it!

    example, I love traveling, so I am saving up and planning trips to different places. i am very excited and look for to something. u need something to look forward to. something to live for that will make you happy

U want to change  the entire of U , which is a very difficult task , I would say for weight & fitness , go to Gym , for appearance wise , I would suggest eating a healthy diet & washing Ur face with water & trying home remedies rather than going to a beauty parlour , they do more harm to Ur skin than good

  5. gym, hair growing foam, and clubbing once in a while.... remove tv from your bed room... sleep.....go running in the park.... and do stuff that you wont do usually and one more thing if you can grow your hair back just get some nice muscles! it fits with the bald and muscular! oh when you have free time go do something like take a walk.  

  6. Have you ever heard the expression, when you are tired of being sick, then you will do something about it? First things first, focus on the positive! Throwing yourself in front of the bus you are driving doesn't make sense. Stop running over your good qualities with what you see as bad. Also, if you are allowing your habits and routines to control your life then addressing the addictiveness might be a good start. Everyone has things they want to better for themselves. You must know that small goals are best and you cannot change overnight. Keep progressing forward celebrating the learned experiences and accomplishments. You will do what's right for you. You are in complete control.
