  1. Since Krispy Kreme donuts contain eggs (and possibly dairy) they're definitely not vegan.  However, don't despair!  You can find vegan donuts in some health food stores, buy mix from vegan stores online, or make your own.

  2. they,re already vegetarian, you'd b surprised what foods already are

  3. Nope, Krispy Kreme is not vegan.  You may have vegan donuts available in your town, though, so check around.  I have a vegan donut shop 10 minutes from home (a fact I try hard to forget.)  And you could always make your own.

  4. If you're a vegan, you can't eay ANY animal products or by-products, that includes all dairy - which means cream.

But, I seriously doubt there are any natural ingredients in a Krispy Kreme donut, so you'll probably be fine.

(really though, donuts themselves are made with eggs, so no, you couldn't eat them)

You still could if you were a vegetarian rather than a vegan though.

  5. You can still make your own donuts, and I'm sure there are some donuts commercially available that are lactose and ovoid free.

  6. Dang, if not, you should just become a semi vegan kus i LOVE THOSE!

  7. no they have milk and eggs

if you can't give them up u can go vegetarian insted

  8. No.  Krispy Kreme donuts contain eggs and dairy products.
