When the reserve is met you pay whatever the high bid is, it can keep going up till the end.

You pay the Reserve Price, unless someone else bid over the Reserve Price too, in which case you pay the next increment needed to beat his bid.

if you are the only bidder then it should only charge you the reserve price - however other bidders can drive it above that price.  Generally speaking, the bid that you make is the limit of what you are willing to spend on an item.
