  1. Biking everyday will help strengthen your legs you will still need to incorporate a low fat diet and atleast 30 minutes of cardio exercises to 'thin out' your legs.  It sound like you are off to a good start

  2. It will strengthen you. Your legs will lose the flabb but it will be replaced by muscles. Bike at a medium slow pace and you will have leaner muscles then biking fast which will add bulk.

  3. Absolutely, though if you increased it to about an hour a day, you would get faster results..it will also narrow your hips, create definition particularly in calf muscles(you'll look great in high heels!)..LOL

if you don't want to loose weight, you may feel hungrier as you increase your overall metabolism, and burn 1-200 calories/hour.

    good luck!

  4. Absolutely. Not to mention you will have a rise in energy and you will feel much better. Nothing like a workout and fresh air to accomadate health and breathing.

  5. definately..bike riding is one of the most effective ways to tone up and lose weight. Bike trails are good especially going up hills which really works out our muscles!

  6. yes it will build up your legs
