  1. Contact the company and ask them, they're in the best position to answer your questions

  2. Most Online Companies will Send your Bike  to Ireland. I bought a Bicycle from the Netherlands and they sent it to Dublin for € 200 but getting it sent from Britain will be Cheaper. It will be around  Ã‚£ 75 to send to Ireland. You can also Buy this Bike in Dublin, I seen them in  www.cycleways .com in Parnell Street, The Bike Shop beside Dominick Street ,facing Moore Street, it is a Dutch Bike Price is € 750 . You have to decide is it Cheaper to buy from England and get sent across or buy the Bike Here. Look up Cycleways .com and get in touch with the People in Manchester and compare the overall Price and Delivery Charge. Britain is usually Cheaper and the North of Ireland and they do Deals on Bikes unlike Ireland. Also look up  www.holcroscycles.com. from Nottingham in England they are not bad . I got my Bike delivered from a  Logistics  Freight Company and one or two other Companies before it reached me. The Electra Cycleways has is in Black with a Gold Pinstripe on Mudguards and Chaincase and is a Light Weight, You can look them up Online to have a look at the Bike. Good Luck.

On Irish Ferries  [www. irish ferries .com] on there web Site they say they charge £ 10 for carrying your Bike  with you on the Ferry between Britain and Ireland and France and Ireland.  So that means also the  Fare as well. which means you will have to accompany your Bike. Buy the Bike in Britain and bring it across on the Ferry and Pay the Combined Fare of you and your Bike. If you can do that, you are Talking about £ 30 I would Say. So try Inquiring off Irish  Ferries. It Works out cheaper Two Weeks in Advance and Online. You will have to do some Inquiring on the Internet from Bike Dealers and Irish Ferries . Good Luck.

Edit I had a look at the www.ridelow.uk Site to see how much they were charging for the Amsterdam  Electra and it is £449 that translates into € 559.6667 that is around €200 less than Ireland. If you can get it delivered at £ 75 or better still bring it over on the Ferry yourself it would work out cheaper. Though I cant see you riding from Manchester to Liverpool Ferry Port unless you are really dedicated. I will look up Holcroscycles .com to see the Precise Price for delivering to Ireland.
