  1. yes you can BUT When i used to work for T-Mo i wouldn't sell the pearl unless they took the feature because i got a high commisson on it.  My Manager told me to do so cause "we only get so many and might as well make money on them cause if they run out then you're ganna wish you hadn't sold it to the other people that you made nothing on."

  2. i'm not sure about verizon or the pearl, but im pretty sure it's the same. I have a blackberry curve for at&t and i only have text messaging, you dont have to use all the features, just don't use the internet, if you DO want to use the internet on your phone then i suggest gettin an internet plan because you could end up with a $2,000 phone bill if you dont get one! If you aren't wanting to use the internet then just dont get a plan and dont use the internet, you can ask verizon to turn off the internet on it, but you wont be able to do picture messaging if you do that. I use my blackberry for just text messages and calling, and i dont have an internet plan.

    hope this helped :)

p.s. i'm not very fond of the blackberry, mine broke and i have to pay to get it fixed even though it isn't physical damage :( but i think thats only for the cure!

hope you like the curve :)

  3. Each time you change a cell phone instrument the following things have to be transferred.

    1. Contact numbers

    2. Configure the settings on the new phone to turn on or off features you want or dont want.

As far as phone calls are concerned you should be able to make and receive them since the network is same and your number is same.

For email and internet that will have to be configured on Pearl since the settings are different versus motorola razr.

    Provided you have data package.

    Regards

    Ash

  4. I bought a blackberry last month and since it's a smart phone and it's mainly used for internet purposes i had to get a internet plan to get the phone.
