If I bought a property in cash upfront...?

Question

and no mortgage is needed, but where and how do I find somebody that I can pay tax property?

I'm aware that I can find any home insurance out there.

When the deed is recorded the local property tax collector's office will usually update their records and send you the bills directly.  Do make SURE that they have your address and that you know when the taxes are due because not getting a bill in the mail will NOT avoid penalties and interest for late payment!
