If I bush after every meal plus once at night (4times) will my enamel wear away?

I got a leaflet that said I should brush after every meal. I always brush at night so wont this wear away my enamel if i'm brushing 4 times a day?

Yes, you'll gradually wear down your teeth and they'll start to look like glass and go very grey; you will also make your gums recede and your teeth will look like those on a skeleton..

dont listen to those fools who say it's alright to brush incessantly, twice a day is plenty.
