If I buy a TV in Portugal will it work when I take it back to UK.?

  1. Yes it will work. You might need an adapter for the plug and there's a risk that all the programmes will be in Portuguese!


  2. The UK and Portugal both use the PAL system, making them compatible, without any kind of adapter.

    I hope that Cloud 9 was just kidding about the programs being in Portuguese because they won't be.
