If I buy a domain through Yahoo, can someone else make my page?

If I buy a domain through Yahoo, can I have a professional web designer do my page or do I have to use Yahoo's? The domains on here are so cheap so I'd love to use this domain and just have a someone redo the page. Let me know ! Thanks :)

When you buy the domain, you can host the site it points to anywhere, put anything on it, and have anyone design it. You're not restricted to the basic site templates.
