  3. NO THEY HAVE A COMPLETLY DIFFRENT PHONE SET-UP,AND PLUGS ECT ON THERE LINES/PHONES THE MAIL USA SERVICES ARE EAST NY AT AND T AND IN LA WEST PACIFIC BELL

  4. The short the answer is a No, however the two networks are not miles apart in terms of signalling (DTMF) however the phone jack would not work and as handsets are cheep why go to all of the trouble?

    Also if you plug in any equipment, and it does any damage to the service providers network the it is you who could be charged. - Not nice as it could be expensive.
