If I buy a punching bag for boxing, how do I hook it up to the ceiling?

Does the bag come with something that can hook up to the roof? And I want to get it online.

A lot of them do come with an attachment included, and it should be mentioned in the description of the item you're looking to buy. It will be a metal brace that screws to the ceiling and the bag is hung from that. There's also attachments that are screwed to the wall, and from there hang out from the wall at 90 degress.

If you don't see an attachment is included with the bag you buy online, I'm sure most sites you look through will have attachments/hooks sold seperately that can be used with any bag.
