If I buy a punching bag how can i hook it up to the ceiling?

Does the bag come with something to hook up to the ceiling?

usually you will need to buy your own mounting hardware because it can be mounted into several surfaces.  Some people throw a chain around a bearing beam in their basement or garage...it has to be something that can withstand the payload.  If you have to go through drywall, make sure you get an industrial strength anchor through solid wood...an anchor through standard celing tile or drywall won't handle the wear and tear, not to mention the weight!!!
