  1. well i know sirus does. not sure about xm.


  2. No.  Sirius and XM both only work in the U.S. and Canada.  (Maybe you can get a signal some of the time in the Caribbean), but that's it.

    If you have an account, you can listen to the internet radio anywhere though.
