If you have both active, yes. If you only want to have one active, then make SURE that you transfer the service contract otherwise you will have to pay a fee to end your service.

There is always Myth TV, it is a free open sourced software similiar to Tivo. You need your own computer however, but its free month to month.

Or you can buy a USB TV thingy, and tape TV shows on your computer.
