you need an amp that will provide 400 watts rms at 4 ohms

that subwoofer is a dual 4 ohm voice coil.

-400 watts rms

if you just get one, you will need an amplifier that does 400 watts rms x 1 channel @ 2 ohms.

if you get (2) of those subwoofers, you will need an amplifier that does

-800 watts rms x 1 channel @ 1 ohm load

or

-400 watts rms x 2 channels @ 2 ohm loads

some good brands will be kicker, rockford fosgate, memphis.

if you are on a budget, try some hifonics  bxi series.
