If I call someone that doesn't have long distance, but I do, do they get charged?

I don't know, my friend lives in IDaho and i want to call her phone, but she doesn't have long distance, only I do. Will see get charged long distance if I call her?

  1. If you make the call, it's charged to your bill, unless you call collect, then she'd have to accept the charges to talk to you.


  2. no, only the person making the call gets charged.

  3. She will not get charged if you call her landline phone.

    If her phone is a cell, then depends on her service contract (if she gets free incoming calls - not all cells do).
