If I cancel my AOL Subscription, can I still keep my AOL email account?

I have AOL Platinum Broadband, and have had it for 3 years. I am no longer bound to a contract.

  3. Mine was cancelled after a few weeks!  A bit mean I thought and not good PR. I hope things have changed.

  4. I don't have an AOL account, but I have an email, so I don't see why you would, if you do, you can always easily make another one.

  6. Yes you can. I have done exactly the same. You just log onto aol and use the same user name for the free email. All my contacts list etc were still there.
