In the terms and conditions on my insurance company's website it states that refund payment will be paid into my bank account on return of the insurance certficate- when they recieve this, will my money likely go back into my bank account this same day? Or is it likely to take up to 7 working days etc. ?

  1. They'll should do it within the next cycle of the billing period.  When you would normally make your payment.

  2. It is going to take a little time. Typical business, they will drag their feet until they by law have to. You might call them and ask if this can be expedited.

  3. You will be lucky to get it in 7 working days. 30 would be more realistic

  4. You will wait in a queue for your refund with the hundreds of others that have cancelled. usually 7to10 days.

  5. Well i have just recently cancelled two car insurance policies

and i was told four two six weeks

    before i recieved any money

Rang the company back two weeks later they then transfered the money straight away

They can do it as quick or as slow as they like just need to chase them up a bit

  6. We just did this & it took about a month & a half to recieve a refund.
