If I cast Control magic on a creature my opponent summoned his last turn (previous to mine)?

can I attack with it and use any tapping abilities or is it still affected by summoning sickness?

  1. You cast Control Magic on your turn.  Summoning Sickness applies to any creature that didn't start your turn under your control.  You gained control of it after the start of your turn...

    Therefore it is 'sick' and you can't use it to attack, or activate any of its TAP abilities.
