If I cited fox news as a source for a university research paper would my professor demand a rewrite?

  1. It depends.

    If you used it to get the Republican view of a situation, you should be fine.

    If you're using it to support your idea, and your teacher is far left, then it could be a problem.

    Really your professor would be a jerk for doing that.

    Then you should tell a higher official.


  2. Probably since most professors are liberals and can't stand hearing anything from any other sources then their own.

    If your paper was about how to distort facts to suit it's own arguments , then you should get an A. for using FOX as a point of reference.

  4. If you only used the source for basic information, but wrote it in your own words and opinion, then it should be fine. In fact you should quote your sources for information. That is what researching is all about.
