Technically cloning a human being is illegal right? So what if someone went and did it. He'd probably go to jail yeah thats a given but what happens to the clone?

  1. Ah and we enter the slippery slope of socialogical ethics concerning clones.  One of the major reasons we should NOT clone humans.   You could not ethically put the clone to death as the clone did nothing wrong and would still be considered human (hopefully) although probably considered a much "lower class" of human so their "rights" would likely not be well established to begin with and likely not fully protected when established.

  2. Yes you are going to jail soon... lol

  3. I think the clone becomes government property, unless a court decides it is human and then we get 3 months of custody hearings.

  4. It is not possible to clone a human because man is made up of Body, Soul and spirit. It is not possible to close a human spirit.  Therefore the government would not consider your clone human. It would be without spirit and void of this critical dimension. Man can not live without his spirit. He would be in an animal - vegetative state. For example when you are in some public place and you "feel" someone looking at you,  that is your spirit telling you sensing you are being watched. There are so many examples of spirit but no need to go into them all here. We could write volumes and books about it.

  5. Don't worry.  McCain may be a Bush clone, but he won't be put to death.  (Since your question was listed under Politics, I assumed this is what you meant.)
