If I completely stretch my arm out right after bicep curling will it affect the growth of my bicep?

What about if I completley stretch it out a few hours later?

  1. Sure will, stretching encourages muscle growth. You should end every workout by stretching you body. It is very important for the growth, strength, and health of your muscles. If you don't, you may tense up and muscles will feel uncomfortable. Personally, I stretch before and after a workout. But always after one.
