If I copy the whole program file for one program, paste it onto a USB stick...?

Then put it on another computer, will the program work properly and will it be faster than dowloading and installing it again?

If you take the whole folder that the game is in, it might work... But some games might not because they install special files into hidden locations.

It really depends on what program you are copying, because some programs rely on other files to get their information from.

Well it depends on the program itself, some programs can work with your way and others dont.
