Im already a vegetarian.

I heard that when you cut out bread and stuff you lose weight fast.

I also heard that dairy can make you fat.

So, how much could I lose in a week?

    Actually you will need the calcium to aid in weight loss.I only have 2 more inches to go.Drinking 3 eight oz glasses of fat free skim milk aid in weight loss.The calcium binds to fat and flushes it out.

    Eating low fat yogurt and fat free yogurt help too.

    Now there is low carb bread that has way less carbs in it but you still can't eat it everyday.

    Just exercise,eat plenty of fruits and veggies,and keep dairy in your diet.The calcium binds to fat and flushes it out.It really does work.
