they're goggles! They're meant to PROTECT your eyes! Not pop them out!!!

uhmm. no, how do you think professional and swimmers on a team do it? they dont put them on after they dive in...duh. I do it all the time and i dive off from at least five feet above the water. But if you look at divers they dive in from at least 30 feet above the water.

dont worry about it u only have to worry if your wearing racing goggles and not diving in but diving underwater like anything over 30 is really hard when there competive but like snorkling goggles can go a lot deeper so dont worry about it

um no i do it all the time so i guess not unless you have done something to your eyes that is very serious
