  1. You'll get toner but I don't know that you'll lose any weight.

    you need cardio and to eat more fruits and vegies.


  2. None.  Diet is more important than exercise.

    Neither of those activities is strong cardio, and that is where weight loss happens. You need to bike, run, swim, stair step, or some other form of moderate cardio if you want to lose weight.

    I completely agree with "aaronbro.." above, diet is THE most important thing. Don't be silly and start eating just 500 calories a day like some people do, just eat 1500-2000 calories a day, exercise every other day doing interval training, running, skipping, walking, biking, etc.

    You should also be doing weight lifting, muscle actually BURNS fat, so you want to gain muscle while losing fat at the same time - interval training is best for this, google it.

    Sort your diet out first though, make sure you are getting at least 1500 calories and eat healthy, protein-rich foods such as fish.
