If I do European studies at NUI Maynooth...?

I would do French (I'm doing if for my LC), Geography and beginners' Spanish (for the 1st yr), at the end of this course, Could I teach French and Geography at secondary school level?

You would need to get a H-dip afterwards so you would need to be near the top academically. If you did geography Maynooth has a large number of political modules as well and if you take four modules on politics I think you are also able to teach CSPE. It is very difficult to get into the H-dip though. You may even need to take a masters to boost you up into the H Dip classes.
