If I do a Cellphone offer on Rewards1.com, can I cancel the monthy plan before I get billed?

Those offers seem to offer a lot of points so I want to do the offer by sending the PIN they text me, get the points on Rewards1, and then cancel whatever it is i signed up for on the offer, can i do that?

yes but they will charge you 200 dollars for a pre-termination fee go buy one at walmart save yourself a dollar
