  1. Depending on how much you ate and if it was moderately intense, I would say about ten pounds. Don't even think about reducing your calorie intake to some minimal amount though, doing that much cardio requires some decent fuel at least. If your goal is weight loss, it is also important to strength training. Lifting weights will increase your amount of lean body mass, in so causing your metabolism to burn more calories naturally. Just be sure not to starve yourself, that includes eating minimal amounts, given the vigorous exercise routine.

  2. it really depends on your current weight, DIET and exercise regime

if you currently do very little vigorous exercise than it would be extremely unhealthy for your body as it isn't capable of that kind of exercise yet.

you should gradually work your weigh up to that level

it is unhealthy to lose more than 4 or 5 kilos in a month.

    set a goal

    A REALISTIC GOAL

    and go for it!

60 minutes a day is enough

healthy diet is also important as diet plays a major 80% role in weight loss!

    and exercise is only 20%!

eliminate processed foods from your diet

and if you snack, snack on: celery, carrots etc.

    :)

  3. This question is too generic to provide a meaningful answer... so I'll just say that doing cardio for 2 hours a day, 5 times a week should result in massive weight loss.

I'll end by adding that diet is far more important than exercise.
